PREACH! yes fruit has sugar. but the benefits far outweigh the sugar.
People freak out when sugar is in stuff. It’s not the sugar that makes you gain weight, its the glycemic index of the food your eating. Fruits low, so its not going to spike your blood sugar and your body won’t store those carbohydrates as fat.
